After four seasons at Middle Tennessee State, Dunnigan spent the last two years at Michigan State. In this most recent season, Dunnigan saw a big uptick in production, totaling 21 pressures and five sacks after totaling just six pressures and one sack in 2024, despite seeing only 65 additional pass rush snaps. Throughout his career, he's graded out well as a run defender by PFF's metrics and was a sound tackler in 2025.

Could Quindarius Dunnigan make a roster push with the Jaguars?

Admittedly, a roster push might not come easy at this position -- it's quite crowded. Between Josh Hines-Allen, Travon Walker, Wesley Williams, Zach Durfee, BJ Green, and Danny Striggow, that is already six potential roster spots accounted for. The practice squad may be the most realistic landing spot for Dunnigan.

That said, there is not much set in stone when it comes to the defensive end rotation. Behind Hines-Allen and Walker, playing time and the depth chart ranking still have to be determined, and with that could come some opportunities to make some noise this summer.
