Seahawks keen to trade down, even within division
Seattle Seahawks are open to trading down in the NFL draft, even with division rivals.

Jedd Fisch provided an injury update on RB Jordan Washington, who will be out for spring camp due to a neck injury. His recovery will be reevaluated as summer approaches.
With nine spring practices down, Jedd Fisch and the Washington Huskies have lost a few players to injuries so far in camp. After Washington's first scrimmage of the season on Saturday, the head coach spoke with the media to give an update on a few people.
Here's what he had to say.
Thank you God and the UW community. So grateful to be a dawg! Best family to be apart of ! 💜Thankful for my coaches and staff in walking this journey with me, most loving staff to be apart of! #godawgspic.twitter.com/SirFfKepvw

"He's clearly gonna be out for spring, and then we're gonna reevaluate everything as the summer progresses. The first thing we have to do is get him out of his neck brace. Once we get through that phase, then we'll go on from there and evaluate it, but the doctors will lead us through that. We're currently just in a wait-and-see, and once we see how he does, once the brace is off, then we'll have a much better way to update you guys on what it looks like for training camp."
"CJ is out for the year. He tore his Achilles, so unfortunately, as he was rehabbing in his return, he just had the traditional Achilles tear that you don't even know happened. You just feel like somebody just feels something in the back of your leg."
Fisch was also asked if Christian, who transferred from Florida International ahead of the 2025 season, before dealing with turf toe, which cost him most of the year, will remain with the program moving forward.
"I don't know. I don't know what these new rules are or whatnot, but whatever we can do to help CJ, we certainly hope he does stay with the program. We'll certainly rehab him and operate on him."

"Should be in a great spot by training camp. I think that Geirean will be good to go by June or so, so it should be good. (Starting center) Landen (Hatchett) will be good to go by training camp, and really everybody, there's nobody that didn't participate today that won't be fully cleared by training camp."
