At least according to our friends at FanDuel Sportsbook as they have Love at +290 and they have first overall pick, Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Fernando Mendoza at +320 and then a big gap between two and three with fourth overall pick Carnell Tate at +650. The ironic thing is that an Arizona Cardinal has won the Offensive Rookie of the Year more recently than a running back, but hopefully both of those happen in 2026. Kyler Murray was the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2019, while Saquon Barkley was the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2018. Barkley in his season put up 1,307 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns to go along with 91 receptions for 721 yards and four touchdowns. Of course the Giants went 5-11 that year, but Barkley was excellent. Before Barkley though, running backs were a great bet to win Rookie of the Year, as won in 2017, in 2015, and Eddie Lach in 2013. Could Love join Murray, and Ottis Anderson as the only winner of the rookie of the year award in franchise history?
