The results came a day after Jersey beat the Danes by six wickets in their opening match of the series.
The games were Jersey's final warm-up matches before the first round of qualifying for the 2028 T20 World Cup.
The islanders head to Cyprus for Men's T20 World Cup Europe Sub-regional Qualifier A later this month.
Saturday's opening game was a closer affair than Friday's encounter as Jersey won by three wickets with just three balls to spare.
Having won the toss the Danes opted to bat first, making 144-7 off their 20 overs.
Shangeev Thanikaithasan top scored with 55 while opener Musa Shaheen Mahmood got 28 before both fell victim to Jersey skipper Charles Perchard.
Perchard went on to take match-best figures of 3-37 while Ben Ward had 2-19.
In reply Jersey recovered from a tough start as they were reduced to 26-3 before Jonty Jenner and Zak Tribe made 56 for the fourth wicket before Jenner was caught for 29 off 24 balls.
Tribe went on to score 35 before Patrick Gouge's 31 not out from just 16 balls ensured a tight win for the islanders as they reached 148-7 off 19.3 overs.
