Allen and Steinfeld, 29, announced they'd welcomed their first child together on April 2 in a post on her Substack titled "Special Delivery."
"Our baby girl has arrived!!" Steinfeld wrote in the newsletter. "We’re feeling incredibly grateful and blessed and savouring these early moments. Thank you so much for the love and well wishes."
On April 20, Allen told reporters becoming a dad has changed "why" he wants to succeed in the NFL. “That want to win will never change...the why I want to do it has," he said. “So why I want to do it is to show my family, to show my daughter how hard you need to work in order to accomplish something so great,” he added. “And as long as I play this game, that’s going to be my mindset.”
