Liverpool secured Alisson to a contract until 2027 when Richard Hughes triggered a renewal clause in his deal.
The move was seen as a formality for the 33-year-old - who when fit remains one of the best goalkeepers in the world. But there may be reason to believe that Alisson is closing in on the end of his Liverpool career having signed for the Anfield club back in 2018.
The £150k per week goalkeeper is wanted by Juventus - whose head coach Luciano Spalletti previously worked alongside Alisson at Roma.
And according to a report in TEAMtalk Alisson is receptive to the idea of moving back to Serie A.
“The Brazilian is increasingly open to a move to Juventus,” the report reads.
The report also adds that talk of an agreement already being reached between the Italians and Alisson are wide of the mark.
However it also spelt out that Alisson is set for a lucrative 2+1 deal (two years guaranteed plus an option of a third) in Turin.
“The Serie A giants have already held discussions with Alisson’s representatives and have presented a contract offer to the Liverpool stalwart believed to be for two years with the option of a third,” the report reads.

Juventus is interested in Alisson Becker due to his impressive skills as a goalkeeper and his previous connection with head coach Luciano Spalletti from their time at Roma.

The deal is going to be structured this way as Juve currently cannot match Alisson’s Liverpool salary - and so would spread his pay packet over a longer time frame.
“Alisson is ‘intrigued’ by the prospect of a move to Turin, with the appeal of playing in Italy and taking on a new challenge weighing on his mind,” the report reads.
One development which could see a back-up goalkeeper arrive on Merseyside is the possible inclusion of Michele Di Gregorio in the deal.
Juventus do not want to pay a fee for Alisson - who is valued by Liverpool at between £9m and £13m according to reports. As the South American No1 would be coming to the club to take Di Gregorio’s place the shotstopper would be free to find a new employer.
Liverpool looked at the goalkeeper before he left Monza for Juventus back in 2025.
“Liverpool have previously tracked the Italian, and should their interest be revived, he could be factored into negotiations between the two clubs,” the report reads.
It would likely pave the way for Giorgi Mamardashvili to take Alisson’s place as first-choice into the future - with the Georgian currently deputising for the injury-prone first choice.
