Former Cincinnati Bengals quarterback and Ring of Honor member Ken Anderson is scheduled to announce at least one selection for the team during the 2026 NFL draft April 23-25 in Pittsburgh.
Anderson and former Bengals offensive tackle Willie Anderson didn't receive enough votes to be elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame class of 2026, which was revealed in February during the NFL Honors show in San Francisco.
Ken Anderson was one of five finalists named among contributors, coaches and senior players who last played at least 25 years ago, along with New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, longtime Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, Roger Craig and LC Greenwood.
"There is no world where Ken Anderson should get a vote over Bill Belichick," ESPN's Damien Woody tweeted in January.
Willie Anderson, one of 15 modern-era player finalists for the 2026 class, was among those rushing to Ken Anderson's defense in the replies of Woody's tweet.
The 2026 NFL draft is scheduled for April 23-25, 2026.
They did not receive enough votes during the Hall of Fame selection process revealed in February 2026.
Other finalists included Robert Kraft, Bill Belichick, Roger Craig, and LC Greenwood.
