Kenyon Sadiq: Instant analysis for NY Jets Round 1 pick
There were two wide receivers in USC's Makai Lemon and Indiana's Omar Cooper Jr. still on the board, but you can't fault Glenn and Mougey deciding to go the route of taking the tight end over the wideout.
Might not be a home run pick but still a solid selection in an offense that was in desperate need of more weapons.
