"We barely got any time together. Itâs just hard to develop some crazy plays playing 14 minutes together. Itâs a process, and Iâm learning Steph and picking up on his things and talking to him ⊠I wish we had more time," Porzingis declared.
A lot of this holds true. Porzingis had to play through an ankle injury in the NBA Play-In and Curry also nursed a bad case of runner's knee entering the postseason. Coach Kerr just was not able to have the luxury of exploring the chemistry of all the possible Warriors lineups which could have led to better rotations and schemes.
Contracts will also start to expire in the offseason while the budding concern of Curry and Coach Kerr's retirement remain to be scary. Will they be able to bring this team back so that they'd make it past the NBA Play-In come 2027?
