What a whirlwind it’s been since Ty Simpson was selected 13th overall by the Los Angeles Rams in the latest NFL Draft, including the conflicting news that Simpson himself shared when he reportedly said he had not met with Sean McVay, only for Simpson to pushback on his own claim a couple/few days later by stating that in fact, he had met with McVay.

NBC Sports shared that Snead said during his ESPN interview that Ty “stayed on script” even after the draft, but the Rams have since spoken with the young man, and he may have some things to hide like how the Rams plan to develop him, but he no longer needs to hide that he met with McVay prior to the NFL Draft, and L.A. is happy to report they are “thrilled” to have their potential quarterback of the future.
Now that that’s all cleared up, the Simpson “drama” should come to a screeching halt.
