Rosenior was sacked on Wednesday following a dismal 3-0 defeat to Brighton, Chelseaâs fifth in a row in the league without scoring.
The 41-year-old is the second head coach to leave Stamford Bridge this season following the departure of Enzo Maresca.
The Blues have made mistake after mistake when it comes to appointing head coaches, and signing players, with the clubâs sporting directors coming under severe pressure from fans.
The make-up of the squad has been criticised, especially the lack of know how and leadership in the team, with a common theme under Rosenior one of wilting in the face of adversity.
Chelsea are reportedly open to signing players with proven Premier League experience this summer, whilst co-owner Behdad Eghbali has said the model will be tweaked.
Reports had emerged of players not respecting Rosenior, and according to Chelsea contributor for The Observer Max F Sport, heâd advised Chelsea to sign more âmen.â
He took to X.com and said:

âThe few senior players Chelsea do have were also understood to be âtoo quietâ. A few squad members were also understood to have the behaviour of âpetulant childrenâ when they were not picked or something did not go their way.â
