Bowen has been at West Ham since 2020 but is widely tipped to exit - even if they end up surviving in the Premier League. The left-footer is under contract at the London Stadium until 2029 - but could be a viable transfer for below £60m.
“Bowen might have clearance to leave even if they avoid the drop. Those in pursuit believe he might be prised away for less than £60million,” the report reads.
Liverpool’s competition in the race for Bowen will come from Newcastle as well as Everton - whose manager David Moyes was in charge of Bowen during his West Ham days.
