Speaking at his pre-match press conference, Slot said Isak will be assessed today before a decision is made on his involvement.
Elsewhere, Alisson Becker and Mohamed Salah remain out, though both are nearing returns to first-team training. Giorgi Mamardashvili is set to take part in training today and could replace Freddie Woodman in goal.
