Second tenured Texas defensive coordinator Will Muschamp spilled the beans most of us are already well aware of in the world of college athletics, and thatâs that student-athletes are usually more athletes than they are students during their time on respective campuses. But thatâs supposedly not the case in Austin, where Muschamp recently bragged on how the programâs players are the type to consistently attend their classes.
âSomebody that embraces work ethic, somebody that wants to improve and get better every single day, somebody that wants to get coached hard and developed. In our society right now, sometimes thatâs easy to spot that they donât, and weâve got to make sure we stay away from those guys who donât want to get developed and coached the right way ⌠(Theyâve) got to have a good transcript. Actually, our players go to school here at Texas. We actually go to class. Not like some other places,â Muschamp told reporters, according to FanSided.
