Taking questions from the audience were head coach Keith Andrews, club captain Nathan Collins, first-team player Jordan Henderson, and chief executive Jon Varney.
The event extends Brentfordâs wider commitment to keeping junior fans at the heart of the club and safeguarding the clubâs fan base for the future. This includes freezing junior season ticket prices for the 2026/27 campaign and the Gen10 policy, which reduces junior away league ticket prices to just ÂŁ10.
Many young supporters were excited to hear from Collins, who answered questions on his journey to captaining both club and country; they also spoke to Henderson, who shared why the culture of togetherness and community at Brentford stands out to him.
Young fans asked Andrews about his transition from set-piece coach to head coach and the differences between playing and managing at the top level.
And, throughout the evening, Varney discussed the clubâs long-term ambitions and highlighted the importance of engaging young fans in Brentfordâs future.
The forum aimed to give junior season ticket holders a platform to interact with the club's leadership and express their thoughts.
Over 150 young supporters attended, including head coach Keith Andrews, club captain Nathan Collins, and player Jordan Henderson.
The event took place at the Gtech Community Stadium.
