Iraola is certainly not a bad manager at all, but heâs never managed at a very top club and also, I donât think he quite has the personality that is needed to be a Chelsea manager, and I doubt whether it would work at for him at Stamford Bridge. If he came, I hope he proves me wrong, of course.
