Adeyemi has been a key first-team player for Borussia Dortmund since joining in 2022.
He has made 144 appearances across all competitions, bagging 36 goals and 24 assists.
The winger has featured 26 times in the Bundesliga this campaign, although 11 of them have come off the bench.
Adeyemiâs contract at the Signal Iduna Park will expire in 2027, and he is yet to agree to a new deal.
He reportedly has tactical differences with head coach Niko Kovac.
The 24-year-old is also not happy at being substituted by the German boss.
