"When we went to his room, Wiley excused himself to use the bathroom," the woman said in the filing, per Rolling Stone. “He emerged from the bathroom naked. He pushed me up against the windows of the room so hard I thought they would shatter. I was petrified and believed I was going to be killed.”
The woman said she "repeatedly pleaded with" Wiley to stop and let her go, but "he would not," according to the outlet, citing the filing. She reportedly claimed Wiley "pushed me face down on the bed and kept me there with my face pressed into the mattress in such a way that I had difficult breathing, which made me fear for my life."
The woman said in the filing that Wiley masturbated over her, and, "Only then did he allow me to leave the room, according to Rolling Stone. “The assault was devastating to me, and I will live with the effects to this day."
Two of the other new accusers claim Wiley raped them between 1995 and 1999, when he was playing football for Columbia University and beginning his NFL career with the Buffalo Bills, according to filings obtained by PEOPLE. Wiley was drafted by the Bills in 1997.
Wiley's fourth alleged victim claims the former defensive end began pursuing a relationship with her when she was just 13, according to Rolling Stone.
"Marcellus Wiley raped me on my 18th birthday, after grooming me from the age of 13," she said in the filing, the outlet reported.
Wiley denied the allegations in a YouTube video on Tuesday, May 5. “I'm going to continue to challenge all these false accusations,” he said, adding that he's "exposed to inconsistencies."
"They're trying to leverage lies for personal gain," he alleged. "As they say, assassination by accusation. That's their goal. They're trying by lying. They don't want justice. They want just ice. Money, bling, things.”
“For every one of them, I either saw, communicated through email, text, phone, was invited by these individuals after these dates to engage, to be intimate or all the above, after the dates that are in question,” Wiley claimed.

He also took to X on Tuesday to defend himself, inaccurately claiming that the first three cases against him are "already dismissed" — they are currently still pending. "The falsely accused don't fold—we fight," he wrote. "Especially when accusations are made louder than apologies ever will be."
"At this point, every false narrative being pushed isn't hurting me—it's strengthening my defamation case," he said on X.
Wiley was first accused of assault in 2023 when a woman claimed he raped her while they were both students at Columbia. Wiley called those claims "B.S." at the time. He was accused by two other woman in March 2025, and has denied all allegations.
The four new allegations are part of a request to turn the initial allegations into a class action lawsuit, per Rolling Stone. A hearing is scheduled for May 12.
