Marco Senesi slipping away from Barcelona as Bournemouth star ready to make transfer decision

Marco Senesi appears to be slipping away from Barcelona as he is set to make a decision on his next move ahead of the summer transfer window.

According to Matteo Moretto, the Bournemouth star “is about to choose his next team.” The defender’s agents are said to be in “close contact with Chelsea, Tottenham, and Manchester United. The rest of the teams are much further away.”

Senesi is in demand this summer after impressing for Andoni Iraola’s side in the Premier League. He’s also available on a free transfer, making him a really attractive proposition.

Barcelona have been linked with a move for the Argentine but it seems as though he may well end up staying in the Premier League instead,

The Catalans are still thought to be keen to sign a center-back this season but have also seen Nico Schlotterbeck sign a new contract with Borussia Dortmund.

Alessandro Bastoni remains the club’s top choice, although the latest updates have suggested that he would like to stay with Inter despite having enduring a tricky few months with the Serie A side.
