Crystal Palace defy Fiorentina to reach Conference League semi-finals
The Ravens are experiencing significant changes this offseason, including a new head coach and coordinators, as they aim to improve their roster. Tight end Mark Andrews emphasized the high urgency within the organization to achieve their goals for the upcoming season.
The Ravens have undergone a drastic offseason of change, including a new head coach, Jesse Minter; a first-year offensive coordinator, Declan Doyle; and a familiar name at defensive coordinator, with Anthony Weaver returning to Baltimore. While the franchise hasn't undergone a complete rebuild, there have been overhauls made at critical positions, and Eric DeCosta should have plenty of draft capital to help reload. After a season in which Lamar Jackson dealt with countless injuries, Baltimore's first priority should be to upgrade the offensive guard positions.
Ravens tight end Mark Andrews said the urgency remains high inside the organization as the team continues its offseason program following a series of changes, including a new head coach, new coordinators, and roster turnover.
âI think the more you go through in life and football, whatever it may be, the urgency has to pick up. We haven't gotten to our end goal, and that's apparent, but we're going to put the work in. We're going to be ready to go. We're going to do all the things. I'm excited about all the little changes, all the different changes and being able to elevate ourselves to make it to that point. There's a lot of work between now and then, but everybody's here doing the work.â
Andrews was asked about the team's mindset entering the 2026 season and whether the offseason changes have raised expectations internally. He enters his eighth NFL season as one of the team's veteran leaders on offense.
