Sergio Garcia made headlines for the wrong reason at Augusta National on Sunday.
The 2017 champ finished up his week with a 75 to finish 52nd out of 54 golfers who made the cut at Augusta National. But it was an outburst early in his final round that caught the attention of golf fans—and Augusta National.

After being upset with his tee shot on No. 2, Garcia smashed his driver repeatedly on the tee box. Then hit a cooler, breaking the head off the club.

Two holes later, Garcia was approached by Geoff Yang, the chairman of the competition committee. After his round, the 46-year-old Spaniard was asked what they talked about, but he refused to say.
"I'm not going to tell you," Garcia said.
Moments later, another brave scribe tried to ask again.
"Next question, please," Garcia responded. And then his Q&A session ended.
Garcia did express regret over his actions.
"Just obviously not super proud of it," he said, "but sometimes it happens."
Since winning the green jacket in 2017, Garcia has missed the cut at Augusta National in six of eight starts.
