For former UFC champion Max Holloway, the opportunity square off with Conor McGregor inside the Octagon once more would come as a welcome sight.

Back in 2013, Holloway and McGregor squared off at an event featuring Mauricio "Shogun" Rua and Chael Sonnen. McGregor earned a decision victory that night from Boston, as Holloway was making just his 10th professional appearance.
From there, though, Holloway went on a run, not losing again until 2019 while winning the interim UFC featherweight championship. He would later unify the belts when he finished Jose Aldo, successfully defending that title twice more before a loss to Dustin Poirier.
