That trade would create a long period of waiting for fans for the Broncos final three picks at the very end of the draft. They would stand pat all the way through the remaining fifth and the entire sixth round. A long wait for fans to learn who the final picks by Denver would be. With the first of three seventh round picks, the Broncos drafted Illinois safety **Miles Scott** with the 246th pick.
