The Los Angeles Angels have been in plenty of headlines early this season, and it has little to do with their success as a team, but rather two of their stars, Mike Trout and Jose Soriano.
However, as is the case with players on bad teams finding success, both Soriano and Trout have emerged as potential trade candidates this season.
MLB insider Robert Murray for Fansided.com revealed his thoughts on a possible Trout trade, and his view was a bit different than much of the rumors lately.

However, the Angels would lose a lot more by trading Trout. Not only would they be betraying his loyalty to the franchise, which could turn away other players from coming to L.A., but the Angels would become the least watchable team in the sport.
Even though they are a bad team overall, fans can tune into games because they want to see Trout continue to build upon his Hall of Fame resume.
His resurgence this season, with how exciting it's been for the Angels fanbase, is proof that the Angels should not consider trading Trout.
Keeping him for the rest of his career, regardless of when it ends, should be priority number one when it comes to Trout.
