While Correaâwho played for the notorious 2017 Astrosâdidnât really contribute during the first leg of the Dodgersâ three-game series against the Astros, he certainly contributes plenty to the teamâs offense. Without him in the lineup in Tuesdayâs game, Houston only scored two runsâboth of which came from solo homers. Unfortunately, the Dodgers couldnât find their offense and struggled to get off the ground.
The Dodgers are bringing the heat in the final game of the series, though, as theyâll roll out a solid lineup and have Tyler Glasnow taking the mound. Shohei Ohtani returns to the leadoff spot for the Dodgers after his pitching-only day on Tuesday, and will look to break his 0-for-17 duck in the last game of the series finale.
LA hasnât won a series since they took two games off of the Chicago Cubs from April 24-26, and will aim to win the rubber match Wednesday at 11:10 a.m. PT.
