2027 Nebraska football recruiting target Jailen Hill has set a commitment date. The corner will announce his commitment on June 9.
Hill is the 244th overall player in the 2027 class, the 27th overall corner, and the 25th overall player in his class from the state of California, according to the Rivals Industry Rankings. He is a four-star corner. The other four teams on his list are the Washington Huskies, Florida State Seminoles, Tennessee Volunteers, and Ole Miss Rebels.
Hill has been very active in the Nebraska front in terms of visits. He first visited the program back in June, during last year's Battle of the Boneyard event. He also visited on November 1, before taking his next visit to open the calendar year on March 7.
The coroner would be a strong addition to a 2027 class that is coming together nicely. The class itself ranks 15th in the country according to the Rivals Industry Rankings.
Secondaries coach Addison Williams has done a nice job in both talent development and recruiting. Landing Hill would be another strong get as the unit itself continues to build depth.
