The Seattle Seahawks enter Rounds 4-7 of the 2026 NFL Draft with no fourth or fifth-round picks due to a trade. They have made three selections so far, focusing on running back, cornerback, and safety.

It’s time for the final day of the 2026 NFL Draft in Pittsburgh!
The Seattle Seahawks enter Rounds 4-7 with not a whole lot to do. No picks in the fourth- or fifth-round due to the Rashid Shaheed trade, but they do have a couple of sixths thanks to the addition of pick 216 in a trade with the Pittsburgh Steelers. So far, the Seahawks have addressed running back, cornerback, and safety with their three selections. When you’re deep into Day 3, just about every position will be up for consideration on Seattle’s draft board.
As usual, we are not doing a pick-by-pick tracker for Day 3, but we will have notable picks updates throughout the draft. Otherwise, this is as Seahawks-centric as it gets.
