In his final mock draft, NFL.com draft guru Daniel Jeremiah projected the Eagles to trade up in the first round.
Jeremiah had the Eagles moving up from No. 23 overall to No. 15 to select Alabama offensive tackle Kadyn Proctor.
âIâm expecting a big trade market for the 16th overall pick, with teams looking to move ahead of the Lions for an offensive tackle,â Jeremiah wrote. âThe Eagles trade up one spot higher to beat the competition for Proctor.â
This move would make sense on a lot of levels.
Roseman has traded up in four of the last five first rounds. Heâs accustomed to being proactive about the Eagles landing a top-tier talent.

As Jeremiah noted, the Detroit Lions need an offensive tackle, too. Detroit picks at No. 17. In order to land a player like Proctor or Georgiaâs Monroe Freeling, the Eagles might need to make a move.
Proctor, a 6-foot-7, 352-pound lineman with serious upside and experience, also fits the mold of a Roseman prospect. Proctor is still only 20 years old. But the Alabama standout started 40 games over three seasons for the Crimson Tide.
We all know how much Roseman likes drafting from Alabama. The Eagles traded up to select DeVonta Smith (2021) and Jihaad Campbell (2025).
Donât be surprised if Jeremiah is right, and the Eagles land another member of the Tide on Thursday night.
