Mendoza is right up there with the best pocket passing prospects in the past 20 drafts, including first-rounders Matt Ryan, Joe Burrow and Jared Goff, and later-round sleepers Brock Purdy and Kirk Cousins, the latter now serving as Mendoza's ideal veteran backup and initial competition.
The Jets should have taken notice that Will Anderson Jr. just got a massive extension and that's the kind of dominant all-around potential Bailey has. He can also be as effective in coverage as Rams recent first-rounder Jared Verse and has some of that Brian Burns-like athleticism, too.
The Cardinals and the rest of the league has been well aware of how Micah Parsons came in as a star linebacker from Penn State and turned into a devastating, versatile pass rusher for the Cowboys and now the Packers. Reese can channel that same vibe from the Big Ten.
The Titans need to get a true No. 1 wide receiver for Cam Ward and after some late evaluation of Tate, they might seem him as the needed choice for their second-year QB instead of a luxury running back pick. Tate is a combination of Mike Evans and George Pickens with his size, strength, field-stretching ability and red zone pop.
The Giants have grown enamored with Love of late as John Harbaugh has vision of him becoming the new Derrick Henry and helping Jaxson Dart become the sequel to the Lamar Jackson dual threat the new coach had in Baltimore. Love has some Henry hammer ability, but he's more like recent Falcons first-rounder Bijan Robinson and speedy former Chiefs workhorse Jamaal Charles.

The Browns might trade down from this pick should Tate be off the board as offense takes a little precedence over defense. But if they stay and take Downs to fill their safety cleanup need, they can take the hybrid of rival Ravens Kyle Hamilton and Ed Reed.
The Commanders are ready to take the best defensive player available and have liked what Styles can do in the middle of Dan Quinn's defense as their version of either recent Hall of Famer Luke Kuechly or future Hall of Famer and replace their own future Hall of Famer, Bobby Wagner.
The Saints also can be fortunate to let the draft "come to them" and land Bain to be their pass-rushing and run-stopping successor to Cameron Jordan. The strength and power comparisons to Jordan (6-4, 287) are uncanny.
The Chiefs can go to work reloading at corner after moving Trent McDuffie and Delane compares well to him as the strongest cover corner in this class with some shutdown potential. Kansas City will feel Delane won't disappoint like other recent first-rounders Pat Surtain II, Sauce Gardner and Quinyon Mitchell.

The Giants, in the wake of trading former Clemson star Dexter Lawrence for this pick, can take a shot on Woods being a Chris Jones or Jeffery****Simmons-level inside disruptor with massive pass-rush upside.
The Dolphins have two first-rounders so the thought is they will prioritize offensive tackle before wide receiver in terms of key rebuilding needs. Mauigoa could be a strong long-term right-side solution in the Penei Sewell vein.
The Cowboys will be willing to be more aggressive to get defensive help, trading up for either Styles or Delane. They should be happy to have a prospect who compares very favorably to former top Browns starter Joe Haden.

The Jets could use a quick, reliable route-running slot to pair with Garrett Wilson. Lemon makes sense as someone who can get open often in the middle, la la fellow former Trojan Amon-Ra St. Brown.
The Lions need to focus on their offensive line rebuild and getting the big, powerful and mean Ioane from the Nittany Lions would be ideal to maintain their run blocking strength inside. The best-case scenario is Quenton Nelson while Ioane also has qualities of long-time Browns stalwart
The Vikings need to replenish safety with some personnel losses and weaknesses. Thienman blew up the Combine as a dynamic athlete who can give them a huge playmaking force in coverage. He can be a scary combination of Kyle Hamilton and Cooper DeJean.
The Panthers have a need on the offensive line and Freeling is an intriguing athlete who can start right away at either left guard or right tackle. He can also develop into a top left tackle and allow Ikem Ekonwu to bounce inside. He has a lot of Bernhard Raimann qualities.
The Cowboys can work on rebuilding their pass rush for defensive coordinator Christian Parker, too, with Mesidor, providing some explosive burst to transition well as a hybrid producer in the new base 3-4. He has the potential to be the new Michael Bennett.

The Steelers need to shore up right tackle with a powerful presence in the running game and his toughness and technique are reminiscent of the Broncos' Mike McGlinchey.
The Chargers will consider pass rusher and offensive line early, too, but they do have a key need at corner for a physical cover man. Terrell compares best to his older brother, the Falcons' A.J. Terrell.
The Eagles will have their eye on Thienman to address their key defensive need in the secondary but also should love the fact of McNeil-Warren meshing well in making plays in coverage like a bigger Kevin Byard III.
The Browns need to go to work in reconstructing the offensive line after all their big hits inside and outside of late. Lomu could be their long-term tackle like the Falcons' Jake Matthews.
The Bears have been attached to Faulk as a big complementary pass rusher to Montez Sweat since early in the draft process. His powerful style is much like a combination of former Dennis Allen stars Cameron Jordan and Trey Hendrickson.

The Bills need a high-energy, productive young pass rusher to rev up their rotation. Howell was built to thrive in their scheme. Howell has the sack-ability of former Aggie Von Miller with the relentlessness of Aiden Hutchinson to say he will have a high floor.
The 49ers have become more enamored with the massive athlete as they prepare to soon replace Trent Williams at left tackle. Proctor's appeal is how nimble is for that size and how he can develop consistent technique and execution in their blocking system. They are hoping he can be the next Williams or Jonathan Ogden.
The Texans will keep piling on to their defense by addressing some of the weak spots. McDonald fills a big hole for adding more inside pass-rush pop like former Bengals star Geno Atkins.
The Chiefs aren't in desperate need at wide receiver but will need to think long before passing on Cooper should he remain on the board. Cooper compares most favorably as another version of Rashee Rice but also has some Brandon Aiyuk on-field qualities.
The Dolphins need to think about replacing Jaylen Waddle and Tyreek Hill with a quick, speedy playmaker to give new QB Malik Willis a go-to guy. Concepcion can deliver well right away in that role all over the field and is most like Waddle.
