Following Tuesday's news that Luis Robert Jr. and Jorge Polanco were still dealing with nagging symptoms associated with their injuries, the Mets were hit with another setback during Tuesday night's 10-2 win.
Francisco Alvarez was removed from the game in the sixth inning on an awkward swing, and an MRI revealed that the Mets starting catcher tore the meniscus in his right knee.
