Burks is capable of playing in the slot (like he did in '24) or on the outside (like he did in '25), and his speed his his best attribute. He's a great athlete for his size, and made the choice to come back to Oklahoma for one last ride, which paid off and helped him get drafted.
Burks is joining a Colts team that started strong but fizzled out last season. He's a veteran who is a threat in both the quick game and over the top. Being able to move around the formation will help to give him a chance to make the roster in Indianapolis.
