Today is that day, our players must show up for themselves or this is it for our season. If they donāt want this season largely marked by the negatives and the few positives overlooked. Today is a reason to keep fighting forward. Despite the tactical disunity on the team, we still got a fighting chance.
What iām looking forward to the most is if we have the fighting spirit and can sustain it for the 90 minutes at the Allianz arena. Even when tactics fail and player form is disappointing, fighting spirit prevails Ir-regardless of those other metrics functioning well. If fighting spirit should fail, then we can say all hope is lost.
Whatās the deal with bringing kroos back to the club for administrative roles? Future coach? or a high level chess move to keep him from speaking openly about the team on his podcast? some companies do this when an ex-employee knows too much about them. theyāll offer you to be on their pay roll so you cant talk freely about them without oversight and positive propaganda.
Thereās been a fresh influx of former players turned coaches over the last few years. Which has been good for football seeing as the old guard have largely been phased out. Iām still holding out for that manager that never played but knows ball and was always around ball. Heās probably somewhere teaching kids in a high school or a gym instructor waiting for his big break in the game.
