The talk of the town in San Diego is all about how Fernando Tatis Jr. has yet to hit a home run for the Padres.

Tatis has connected for a few warning track shots, so it will eventually happen. But this is an All-Star who averages 35 homers over a 162-game span.

FanSided's Christopher Kline wrote that the Padres could promote an outfield prospect sooner rather than later to help provide a surge of power.

"Jase Bowen isn't the most touted prospect in San Diego's system, but the Padres lack top-end prospect capital, and Bowen's Triple-A production has put him on the MLB radar," Kline wrote. "He has 10 home runs with a .980 OPS, consistently generating top-shelf exit velocities."
