The NFL announced that Pat McAfee will be announcing an Indianapolis Colts' selection on Day 2 of the 2026 NFL draft.
Each of the 32 NFL teams will have a current or former player announcing the selections for their respective teams in Rounds 2 and 3.
McAfee was a seventh-round pick by the Colts in the 2009 NFL draft. He spent eight years with the team, earning two Pro Bowl nods along with being named a first-team All-Pro during the 2014 season.
On Day 2 of the draft, the Colts hold two selections, picking at 47th and 78th overall. GM Chris Ballard, however, has hinted strongly on a few occasions this offseason that he would like to accumulate more picks, perhaps setting the stage for the Colts to trade down.
With those two picks, the Colts could go in a few different directions in the early rounds of the draft, with edge rusher, linebacker, safety, and wide receiver all being needs.
Overall, the Colts hold a modest seven selections in this year's draft at the moment, although more could be coming if they find a trade partner for Kenny Moore.
