The New England Patriots shocked many around the football world last season by reaching the Super Bowl, but were unable to win it all.

The Seattle Seahawks defense proved to be too much for the Patriots to overcome, and now they will look to get back to the Super Bowl and avenge their loss. Tight end Hunter Henry spoke on the loss on Tuesday.

"It still stings, to be honest with you," Henry said. "Obviously, we didn't play to the capability we wanted to play, at all, on the biggest stage. That was very disappointing and hard to process for a while. I think that's good it stings. It makes you want to work a little harder."

Unlike last season, the Patriots are going into the season with high expectations from outside of their building. They will have a target on their backs and will need to improve as they get ready to face a tougher schedule.

Henry seems to view the loss as motivation to play even better next season. The offense was not good enough in the biggest game of the year, and the team has made investments to improve that. They brought in Romeo Doubs and are expected to add after June 1. Brown, Henry and Doubs figure to lead the passing attack in that case.
