Joining the group was James Madison's Nick DeGennaro, who is pictured atop this article playing in the College Football Playoff against Oregon. DeGennaro ran a 4.39-second 40-yard dash at his Pro Day.
DeGennaro had begun his college career at Maryland before bouncing around on his way to JMU, and he had 28 catches for 500 yards and five touchdowns in 2025.
The Patriots also signed Jimmy Kibble, who finished his college football career at Georgetown, which competes at the FCS level. In 2025, he had 63 catches for 1,002 yards and four TDs.
The new WR group was rounded out with Cameron Dorner from North Texas. In 2025, he had 56 grabs for 911 yards and eight touchdowns. Prior to this season, he had played three seasons for Division II Shepherd University in West Virginia.
The specific names of all four new wide receivers have not been disclosed, but Kyle Dixon has been reported as one of them.
