Michel Adams

Michel Adams is a four-star edge from Delaware who is considered one of the top pass rushers in his class. Shortly before Gibson made his decision, Adams took to social media to announce that Penn State had offered him.
He is a two-way player who also plays offensive tackle in high school, but he will likely stick to one side of the ball once he gets to college. Already standing at 6-6, 240 pounds as a sophomore, it would be a huge win to get a player as physically gifted as Adams to join the team.
Jameer Miles

One of the few positions that the Nittany Lions don’t have much stock in is linebacker, so they are trying to change that. Four-star recruit Jameer Miles announced earlier this week that he received an offer from the school after speaking with coach Terry Smith.
Smith is the same man who predicted a big recruiting cycle for the program, and he is doing everything in his power to make sure next year’s is just as fruitful. Miles is 6-4, 195 pounds, so if he is able to beef up his frame, he could potentially shoot even higher up the list of top linebackers from the Class of 2028.

Grant Bowen is an intriguing high school athlete, who plays a multitude of positions. While he is listed as a tight end, he also plays wide receiver and outside linebacker. Penn State has a need for positional versatility, so they extended an offer to Bowen earlier this week.
There is still a long ways to go before any of these players officially commit to a team, so Smith and head coach Matt Campbell will assuredly build lasting relationships with them. Recruiting, which had been one of the school’s biggest question marks entering the offseason, is quickly becoming one of their greatest strengths.
