Per PFF's Nathan Jahnke, he projects Detroit drafting 6-foot-7, 352-pound Alabama offensive tackle Kadyn Proctor as an immediate replacement of now-released Taylor Decker at the left tackle position next season.

Proctor has spent the past three seasons as Alabama’s left tackle, showing significant improvement each year. He allowed two or fewer pressures in each of his past 14 games.
With the Lions prioritizing offensive line help in the first round, landing Proctor at No. 17 would certainly be an excellent start for the franchise's draft haul throughout the weekend in the Steel City.
