Apr. 18—HUNTSVILLE — Class 2A No. 1 Lindsay Lane pounded out eight extra-base hits, including four home runs, in a 24-4 win over Westminster Christian on Friday.
Grayson Miller went 5-for-5 with a homer, two doubles and five RBIs, while Cooper Abernathy added three hits and four RBIs.
Bryson McMullin had three hits, including a home run, and three RBIs and Hampton Wallace had a homer and three RBIs. L.T. Thornton homered and drove in two runs.
Maddox Ruble pitched five innings, allowing four earned runs on five hits with five strikeouts.
The Lions (27-6) play their regular-season finale at Whitesburg Christian on Monday.
