Rams drop 'Thursday,' a parody of Ice Cube's 'Friday,' ahead of the NFL draft!

Raceland Rams defeated Russell Red Devils 13-0 in a district seeding game, scoring six runs in the sixth inning. The Rams' Allison McMackin led with four RBIs, while Bryna Wellman contributed three hits.
RUSSELL Raceland saved the best for last in a road district seeding game Thursday.
The Rams plated six runs in the sixth inning, adding to a healthy 7-0 lead, to close their game against Russell with a 13-0 win.
Allison McMackin, Peyton Mackie, Nim Maynard and Bryleigh Kennard all drove in runs in the decisive sixth. Raceland added another on a groundout.
McMackin had four RBIs and Bryna Wellman added three hits from the top of the order. It was the Rams' 63rd District seeding opener. The Red Devils fall to 1-2. Ava Howard collected a pair of hits for Russell.
Kennard’s three-run home run highlighted a 12-4 victory Tuesday and another 16th Region All ‘A’ Classic title for the Rams.
Raceland moves on to the state tournament at Jack Fisher Park in Owensboro on April 25. The opening day consists of pool play, followed by the tournament round.
The Rams meet Hazard, Brown and Beechwood to start the event.

ASHLAND Ashland didn’t have to swing the bat to complete a wall-off win Thursday.
The Tomcats trailed Greenup County by two runs entering the bottom of the seventh inning, but an error after a bunt tied the game, and LJ Murphy was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded to bring home the winning run.
The Tomcats had the early advantage, but the Musketeers answered with four runs in the sixth frame to take the lead. An Ashland error allowed two Greenup County runners to come home. Gage Lamarque followed with a two-run single.
Brady Marushi was 2 for 3 at the dish for the Tomcats, including a solo home run. Parker Johnson went the distance to take the victory on the mound. He improved his record to 4-1 after allowing five hits to Greenup County.
