Paris Saint-Germain managed to dominate Bayern Munich in the Champions League semifinal second leg (1-1), and now they will have to defend the title against Arsenal.
After a match that started with a quick goal from the Parisian club's forward, Ousmane Dembele, the spirits of the Parisian fans and of the players themselves skyrocketed.
That rush of adrenaline proved beneficial, as it was the same energy that helped them emerge victorious and qualify for the Champions League final another year.
After the celebrations on the field, Canal+ had a moment with PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, who did not hesitate to express his pride and joy at the victory.
The president assured the squad that they are not just players but warriors.
"It is magnificent. Two finals in a row, now we want to go there and get that second star. It is magnificent. I spoke with the players. I told them that we not only have players but also warriors. Today, everyone played for the team; everyone was solid. We came here to win," the president said.
The businessman also clarified that he has great respect for their rival, Bayern Munich, appreciating the quality of the team's players and considering them among the best.
And that feeling of respect for their rival is not only from Al-Khelaifi. PSG players Joao Neves and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who were also interviewed, expressed their respect for the Bavarian team, acknowledging its quality.
The match ended in a 1-1 draw, allowing PSG to advance on aggregate.
Ousmane Dembele scored the opening goal for PSG in the match.

Al-Khelaifi also said that last year, PSG made history in that same stadium, when they won the Champions League for the first time, assuring that this time will be no different. Their dream is to win the second title, and they will fight for it.
Finally, the president highlighted Kvaratskhelia's participation, who, despite being exhausted, fought with all his strength.
"That is soccer, that is Paris Saint-Germain. It is the DNA of PSG. We have the best coach in the world, the best sporting director, and the best fans. I have only heard our fans. It is magnificent. This is for them. They always believe in us. They are the best fans. This is magnificent," he concluded.
