More than a third of the Raiders' roster is currently made up of rookies. That's...insane.
Or is it?
Yeah, it is. Of the 90 players currently on the Las Vegas offseason roster, 31 of them are either drafted (10) or undrafted (21) rookies. If you want to take it a step farther, there are also 11 veteran additions, for a total of 42 new faces. Nearly half the offseason roster.

Notes: There are 18 new faces on defense for the Raiders, 14 of whom are rookies. All four veteran additions come in as starters. The only rookie who looks like he is a strong bet to start right away is 38 overall pick Treydan Stukes. Others who could ultimately find a starting spot include third round EDGE Keyron Crawford and fourth round CB Jermod McCoy. Really there are only four starters here whose starting jobs look secure (Butler, Crosby, Stokes, and Chinn).

Notes: AJ Cole is the only returning member of the kick squad. Both kickers are new as are both long snappers. In each case, it's a rookie vs a veteran for the job.
