
The Tampa Bay Rays have acquired right-handed pitcher Casey Legumina from the Seattle Mariners in exchange for minor leaguer Ty Cummings. Legumina, 28, has struggled recently but brings MLB experience to the Rays' bullpen.

Casey Legumina has a career ERA of 5.68 and a FIP of 6.73 over 12.2 innings pitched in the MLB.
Legumina was designated for assignment after allowing six runs on 10 hits over 4.1 innings in recent appearances.
