Endrickâs return promises goals as Real Madrid see it, and they hope that his arrival can make an immediate impact, given the quality he will have all around him at Real Madrid.
The young Brazilian left the club in January after the club pushed him to gain regular minutes under his belt. After all, Xabi Alonso had made it quite clear that he does not count on the youngster this season.
Immediately after the playerâs departure, however, Alonso was sacked and replaced by Arbeloa, who held great faith in young talents â a move that led to serious questions being asked about the timing of Endrickâs departure.
So far on loan in the Ligue 1, Endrick has 11 appearances and three goals to his name. He has also provided five assists in the competition.
He started very strongly with five goals and two assists in his first five games across all competitions for the team. He then hit a rough patch, but has slowly been gaining his footing back with three assists in his last five games for club and country.
