According to AS, Real Madrid could soon benefit financially from one of their former academy products, as Sergio Arribas continues to shine with Almeria.
The attacking midfielder has enjoyed a standout campaign, turning heads across Europe with his consistency and end product in the Spanish second division.
Arribas has emerged as one of the most decisive players in the league this season.
With 24 goals and seven assists, he has directly contributed to 31 goals, making him the most productive player in the competition so far.
Such performances have naturally sparked widespread interest, as clubs from across Europe have been closely monitoring his progress for months.
As per the outlet, Dutch giants Ajax are understood to view him as a key piece in their plans to rebuild and return to the top domestically.
Meanwhile, in Portugal, both Sporting CP and Benfica are keeping a close watch on his situation.
Sergio Arribas is attracting interest due to his standout performances and consistency in the Spanish second division with Almeria.
Real Madrid could benefit financially if Sergio Arribas is transferred to another La Liga club, as they retain a financial stake in their former academy player.
While specific clubs are not named, it is reported that half of La Liga is interested in signing Sergio Arribas based on his impressive performances.

Interest is not limited to those regions either, as teams from Italy and the Premier League have also entered the picture, while almost all La Liga sides are tracking him closely, although Spainās traditional top three are currently not involved.
Arribasā market value has risen sharply as a result of his performances. Almeria first valued him at ā¬20 million, although after a season of this calibre, that valuation now appears outdated, with expectations that any negotiation will begin at a significantly higher figure.
This is where Real Madrid stand to gain.
The club retained 50% of Arribasā rights when he left, meaning they are entitled to half of any future transfer fee.
While Los Blancos are not actively pursuing the playerās return, they remain in a strong position to benefit from the growing interest surrounding him.
With demand increasing and his value rising rapidly, Arribas could soon be at the centre of a major transfer battle.
And if that happens, Real Madrid may find themselves receiving a substantial financial boost without needing to make a single move.
