Damon was Boston's leadoff man and center fielder from 2002 to 2005, making two All-Star teams during that span. His two home runs, including a grand slam, in Game 7 of theĀ 2004 ALCS at Yankee Stadium sealed the pennant for the Red Sox and completed their historic comeback.
Like Timlin, Lester was also a two-time World Series champion with Boston, winning it all in 2007 and 2013. He made three All-Star teams in his nine Red Sox seasons and also pitched a no-hitter in 2008Ā -- the club's first by a lefty since Mel Parnell inĀ 1956.
The Red Sox also inducted former PA announcer Sherm Feller, who was the voice of Fenway Park fromĀ 1967 untilĀ just before his death inĀ 1994. Feller welcomed millions of fans to Fenway and called thousands of games during his Boston career.
