The UConn product is projected to be a Round 3 selection and Buffalo holds the No. 91 pick in that round. According to NYUp.com, the Bills could look to snag Bell in that area as the team reportedly has "shown significant interest" in Bell:
Bell's number blew up in 2025 and he was a finalist for the Biletnikoff Award, given to the country’s top wide receiver.
With speed, versatility and size, Bell has the look of an NFL receiver. However, his stock is based off the level of competition he faced in college.
