Report: Boston Celtics only expressed cursory interest in Giannis Antetokounmpo trade

If the chatter hinting at a potential swap of star Boston Celtics forward Jaylen Brown for Milwaukee Bucks vet Giannis Antetokounmpo has you concerned, a recent report from the Stein Line's Jake Fischer might help put those nerves more at ease. The root of the situation arose from both the ongoing exit saga of Antetokounmpo from the Bucks as much as the recent streaming by Brown post-Philadelphia 76ers first round series loss and subsequent comments from the Boston star's friend and mentor Tracy McGrady. Brown has since quashed those rumors to some extent, but Fischer reports a similar perspective on the prospects of Brown to the Bucks, suggesting that -- if anything -- an Atlantic Division rival might be a more likely landing spot for the Greek Freak this offseason.
