Report: Juventus offer for Lewandowski is 3x lower than MLS option
Reports in Italy claim that Juventus are prepared to offer Robert Lewandowski in excess of €6m per season in order to join the club on a free transfer at the end of his Barcelona contract, but that teams in MLS are willing to offer more than 3x as much for the Polish veteran.
Lewandowski is into the final few months of his contract with Barcelona, whom he joined in a €45m deal from Bayern Munich in the summer of 2022.
Lewandowski will turn 38 in August, but several Serie A sides, including Juventus and Milan, are not put off by his age given the success that Luka Modric has enjoyed at the age of 40 in San Siro this season.
Lewandowski has plenty of options in front of him heading into his free agency, including the aforementioned clubs in Serie A, several teams in Turkiye, plus potential destinations in both Saudi Arabia and the United States.
