Arizona had a good chance to host regionals well into the season, but the results of over the last five weeks fell short. The Wildcats dropped series at LSU and Oklahoma State that were understandable but not helpful. Arizona was one of seven Big 12 teams to get berths. Texas Tech and Oklahoma State will host regionals, but no teams from the league were seeded high enough to host super regionals unless there is an upset.
